For the Chinese cabbage wok, first heat the wok. Sauté onion, sliced carrots, shredded snow peas, peanuts, squeezed garlic cloves and chopped chicken fillet in hot chili oil.

Meanwhile, finely chop the Chinese cabbage, wash and drain well. When the meat is cooked through, add the Chinese cabbage and continue to stir-fry. Add peanut butter, soy sauce and coconut milk, salt and serve the Chinese cabbage stir-fry.
