Preheat oven to 200 °C. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Clean the leek, rinse and cut into 6 cm long pieces. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and steam leeks for 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set the cooking water aside. Spread the leek evenly over the ham, roll it up and place it in an ovenproof dish. Heat Th*my Sun & Olive in a saucepan and sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes until soft. Add cooking water and mix in Ma**i Fix for Leek and Mushroom Gratin, bring to the boil and pour over the ham rolls. Spread sour cream or crème fraiche evenly over the top, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
