For the Tofu Skewers with Peanut Curry Sauce, first place all ingredients in a blender for the peanut sauce and set aside.
Cook basmati rice in a pot according to package directions.
Peel and dice the cucumber.
Mix in a bowl with sesame oil, soy sauce and sambal oelek and refrigerate.
Cut natural tofu into cubes. Add Kotányi VEGGY Exotic, cover all tofu cubes with it and put them on wooden skewers. Heat a coated pan, add oil and fry tofu skewers on all sides for 6 minutes.
Divide basmati rice among 4 bowls. Divide tofu skewers on top and top with peanut sauce and sesame seeds.
