Chop the onions and sauté in enough olive oil until translucent. Add the chopped pineapple and the paradeis pulp and stir with pineapple juice to a creamy sauce. Season with the Italian herbs, salt and enough cayenne pepper.

Fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped also tastes very good.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
