For minced loaves, peel a small onion, wash and dice finely. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely with the chili pepper.

Whisk the egg with vegetable soup and soak the dumpling bread with it. Put minced meat in a bowl and knead well with onion, egg-bread mixture, cumin, thyme, garlic clove, chili pepper, salt and pepper and let stand covered for 30 minutes.

Form 6 loaves from the dough mixture with moistened hands. Heat vegetable oil (or clarified butter) in a frying pan and fry the patties in it over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Remove and drain on paper towels.
