For the Pasta Asciutta, put the water for the pasta and salt it. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water. Blanch the tomatoes (if not canned).

Heat a pan with oil (or fat). Add the minced meat and brown it. Deglaze with the blanched tomatoes (preferably with juice). Bring the whole to a boil.

Add spices, such as salt, pepper, oregano, fresh herbs, parsley, etc. and season to taste. Drain the soft spaghetti and arrange in pasta plates. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with a parsley or basil leaf. Have fun with the Pasta Asciutta 🙂
