Preheat the oven to 175 °C convection.

Spread the grated cauliflower on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. In between, mix well about three times. The cauliflower should be roasted and lose liquid at the same time.

Then let it cool and mix it again and again so that steam can escape.

Now mix the cauliflower with eggs, psyllium husks, cheese and spices. Spread thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for another 20 minutes.

After the dough has cooled a bit, spread the diced tomatoes with sauce on top.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread on the tomatoes. Spread the ham on the mozzarella slices.

Peel the onion and cut it into rings, the bell bell pepper into thin strips and the tomatoes into thin slices.

Then put the vegetables on the ham and serve the pizza.
