For the Vogerlsalat with pears and walnuts, fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and toast the chopped walnuts a little in the pan. Remove the pan from the heat.
Sprinkle the pears with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix the Vogerl salad with walnuts, pears and bacon in a bowl. Pour the fat from the pan over it.
For the dressing, add oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper to a well-sealed jar and shake well. Pour over the salad just before serving.
