For the pears roasted with Christmas flavors peel pears, cut them in half and cut out the core. Slightly heat butter in a pan with sugar, put the pear halves, and pour pear juice.
Add all the spices and lemon juice and roast for about 12 – 15 minutes in a 200°C oven. Turn the pear halves several times and pour the syrup over them. When the pears are soft, take them out of the oven, perfume the syrup with pear brandy (Williams) and put the pears on plates.
Arrange the pears with the resulting pear syrup and the spices and spread the pomegranate syrup drop by drop on the plates.
