For the chicken breast with gorgonzola crust, salt and pepper the chicken breast fillets, roast them in the oil on both sides for 8-10 minutes and place them in a baking dish.
Cut the gorgonzola into small cubes, mix with mustard, butter and breadcrumbs and season with pepper. Spread on the chicken breasts and cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
In the meantime, cook pasta. After 10 minutes of cooking the chicken breasts, add the tomatoes to the baking dish.
