For the horseradish dip, first peel and finely grate the horseradish. Sauté in hot butter, add breadcrumbs and fill up with milk.

Cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with salt and sugar, let cool slightly and stir the cream into the horseradish dip.
