For the pear compote, pour water into a small saucepan. First cut the peel off the organic orange very thinly and add to the water, then squeeze the orange and add the juice to the water as well.
Add cloves, turmeric paste, coconut syrup and cardamom pod. Peel the pears and cut them into wedges, remove the core.
Boil the pears in the water for about 2 minutes, then cover and remove from heat. Enjoy lukewarm!
