1 tbsp. sunflower oil or other vegetable oil cold pressed 1 tsp. tsp. paprika rose hot

Remove the hard outer leaves from the cabbage, cut the head in half, remove the stalk and cut into thin strips. Add the salt and knead the cabbage with your fingers or use a masher. Finely dice the onion and mix with the oil and paprika powder. Add whey concentrate and caraway seeds to the water and bring to a boil. Pour over the lettuce while still hot. Leave to infuse for about 1 hour.
