For the mango lassi, blend all ingredients either in a tall container with a blender or in a stand mixer until there are no more pieces in it.

Taste and blend again with a little sugar or lemon juice if needed. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with mango slices.

The mango lassi has a creamy consistency, similar to a smoothie.

If you want it more liquid, stir in some mineral water and drink it with spicy foods. Lassi softens the spiciness.
