For the Oreo muffins, preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the dry ingredients. Whisk together eggs and milk. Slowly add egg-milk mixture to dry ingredients and whisk well. Place Oreo cookies in a freezer bag, seal and crush with a pasta walker. Mix Oreo cookie crumbs into batter and pour batter into muffin cups.
