Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Mix with the herbs, oil, mustard, paradeis pulp, soy sauce, salt and pepper to a marinade.

Rub the pork ribs with the marinade and marinate for a few hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Cover the pork ribs and roast them in the oven on the lowest rack for 1 hour. Remove the lid and continue roasting the ribs for about 45 minutes until they are crispy. As soon as the meat separates easily from the bone, it is ready.
