For the multigrain rolls, put flour, dry yeast, salt, honey, oil, bread spices and sunflower seeds in a bowl, add water and mix well with the dough hook.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour and form rolls. Brush the rolls with water and dip them in the flax and sesame mixture – let them rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 25 minutes – then let cool and enjoy.
