For the Spanish style fish, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the olive oil with onion, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

Brush the fish steaks with it, place them in a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes. Mix the tomatoes with the toast and season with salt and pepper.

Spread over the fish steaks, sprinkle the almond flakes on top and finish cooking. Serve the fish Spanish style immediately.
