For the pita rolls, put flour in a bowl, make a well in the center and put crumbled yeast in it. Pour in lukewarm water. Add salt, bread spices, olive oil, sugar, rosemary and knead everything into a homogeneous dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Form palm-sized loaves, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and let them rise for another 10 minutes. Bake the pita rolls for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
