For the mozzarella-arugula skewers, cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Remove fat from bacon, wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Wash the arugula and remove the stems. Now lay down the bacon and put some arugula on top, then put a slice of mozzarella and a tomato on top.

Sprinkle some pepper and salt on top, roll up and put a toothpick through to fix it.
