First of all, cover the beaten pork cutlets with cooked ham. Mix the curd cheese with parsley, chives, 1 onion and garlic and season.

Preheat CircoSteam® to 160 °C.

Put a tablespoon of curd mixture on each cutlet, fold the cutlet like a pocket and pat the edges.

Fry the lightly floured cutlets in a frying pan until hot on both sides and place in a closed cooking container.

At the same time, cover the spiral noodles in the closed cooking container with warm water and season with salt.

Use rack height 2, for the meat use the lowest rack height. Cover broccoli in perforated cooking container with foil and add to rack height 2 after 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to 140 °C and cook for about 13 minutes.

Dice 1 onion and sauté in the drippings in clarified butter. Deglaze with beef broth and reduce to medium for 5 minutes.

Season to taste and thicken with 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese or heavy cream.

Arrange the cutlets with the pasta and sauce and serve.
