For the curry semolina dumplings, bring milk to a boil together with salt, curry and butter while stirring. Add semolina and stir constantly until the mixture thickens or the whole mixture becomes a single lump.

Beat the eggs into the cooled dough with your hands. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add salt.

Using two spoons or your hands, form dumplings from the dough and place them in the boiling water.

When the semolina dumplings rise to the surface, they are ready and can be removed with a perforated ladle.
