Instructions:

For pancakes, make a pancake batter with flour, water, eggs, milk and salt. Melt some butter in a frying pan or pancake pan, pour in a small amount of batter and fry out thin pancakes. Set aside and allow to cool slightly.

For the first layer of the filling, mix the nuts with the powdered sugar. For the second layer of the filling, separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks, curd, sugar, whipped cream and raisins together well. For the third layer of the filling, grate the chocolate, beat the egg whites and gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until firm.

Place a piece of the pancake in a cake springform pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the nut-sugar mixture.

Now place another pancake on top, spread it with the curd mixture and place another pancake on top. Spread with jam and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Spread stiffly whipped ice cream on top and bake for about 5 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C. Allow to cool slightly and carefully remove the cake ring.

Before serving, sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and decorate with a mint leaf.
