For the marzipan boats, quickly knead a shortcrust dough from flour, butter, sugar, yolks and a little salt. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in a cool place for about 1 hour.

Then roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 4 mm and cut out boat-shaped cookies, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

For the filling, mix all ingredients until smooth. Apply the filling to the cooled cookies with a knife and dip in chocolate icing. Garnish the marzipan boats with a flaked almond.
