For the mixed mushroom salad, slice the mushrooms and steam in their own juice until soft, lightly salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Cut the bell bell pepper into fine strips and the tomatoes into slices.

Mix everything together and add finely chopped onion, salt, vinegar and oil and toss well. Serve mixed mushroom salad.
