Instructions:

Wash or peel the vegetables, chop them finely and put them in a saucepan with the spices.

Pour the water, bring to a boil and simmer with the lid closed at low temperature for 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve.

Squeeze the vegetables well and put them away.

Process the soup immediately or possibly freeze it after it has cooled down.
