For the bell bell pepper zucchini rice with ham cubes, cut the zucchini and bell bell pepper into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion, peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the garlic, ham cubes, zucchini cubes and bell bell pepper cubes and add water.

Then add the rice, paprika powder and chili powder and sauté everything on lowest heat until soft. Add water as needed. Arrange the paprika-zucchini rice with ham cubes and serve.
