For the cucumber crocodile, first trim the bottom of the cucumber if necessary so that it lies nice and straight. Cut 4 feet for the crocodile from these scraps.

Make a cut about 5-7 inches long on one side of the cucumber and use a small knife to cut out the teeth. Put the red bell pepper strip in as a tongue.

Cut feta cheese and edam cheese into small pieces. Drain the olives and mini mozzarella balls.

For the eyes, cut small holes in the mozzarella balls and fill with a finely chopped black olive. Now alternate tomatoes, edamame, feta cheese, olives and grapes on party skewers and poke into the crocodile.

Finally, fix the eyes on the cucumber crocodile with toothpicks.
