Instructions:

For the meat-vegetable strudel, chop onion and fry in butter or oil until translucent. Add soup seasoning and fry briefly. Add the grated carrots, leek, peas and broccoli florets and fry lightly.

Now add the minced meat and fry it. Season and add water. Steam briefly and let it boil down. Meanwhile, roll out and prepare the puff pastry. Mix in the finely chopped garlic cloves and parsley. Season again if necessary.

Pour the filling into the center of the puff pastry and fold both sides, pressing the edges firmly. Place the strudel on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush everything with egg and sprinkle with a little water.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve the meat-vegetable strudel with a herb sauce.
