Mix curd, milk and eggs well, there should be no lumps left. Stir in salt and rice syrup. Sift in flour and stir in briefly.

Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan and using a large spoon, place dough patties in pan and fry on both sides.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with applesauce.
