For the tofu spread, first fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil.

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry. Also chop the apple and add it. After about 5 minutes, set aside and let cool. Then coarsely puree the mixture and season with soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.

Serve the tofu spread.
