For the meat loaf with marjoram, mix minced meat with finely chopped onion, milk and eggs, add the breadcrumbs as well. Season with salt and pepper from the mill, fresh finely chopped marjoram and some freshly grated nutmeg. Mix everything well until the mixture binds.

When the basis is right and the meat loafs hold together in the frying pan, fry the remaining meat loafs with marjoram out as well and serve as desired, for example with mashed potatoes.
