For the gnocchi with dill cheese sauce, first simmer the gnocchi in enough salted water.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry and finely chop the dill. Coarsely grate the cheese.
Melt butter in a pan and sauté onion until translucent. Add whipped cream and stir in about 1-2 tablespoons of cheese. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the dill. Add the gnocchi.
Serve gnocchi with dill cheese sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Garnish with fresh dill.
