Instructions:

For the thyme bacon chicken fillet, first pepper the chicken fillets, then wrap each with a strip of bacon. Heat the oil in the pan and place the chicken fillets in it.

Break the thyme sprigs into small pieces and place them on the fillets. After about 3 minutes, turn the fillets and fry them through.

Make sure that the meat does not become too dry!
