Put the minced beef in a suitable bowl. Peel and finely dice the onion, add to the minced beef form and season with pepper, salt, oregano and pimento powder.

Add the Parmesan cheese, knead the ingredients well together, form 4 meatballs from the dough per unit and let the balls stand for a while.

Clean and rinse the vegetables and cut them into slices or pieces.

Peel and finely dice the garlic clove. Slice the olives. Mix both ingredients with paradeis pulp and water and season with salt and pepper.

Put the vegetables in a greased microwavable dish, pour the tomato liquid over them and spread the meatballs evenly on the vegetables.

Place the vegetables on the grill on shelf 2 of the microwave oven and cook for about 6 minutes on grill level 3 and 600 watts. Halfway through cooking, stir the vegetables once and turn the meatballs to the other side.

Serve with White bread

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
