Wash the zucchini well, cut horizontally and scoop out with a small spoon. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil.

Then add the minced meat and fry well (the water from the minced meat must have evaporated completely).

Add a little water, all the spices, the parsley and the minced pulp, stir well and let it steam on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Fill the zucchini with the minced meat, put it in a baking dish with a little water (the bottom should be covered) and finally sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes, covering the casserole dish with aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes to prevent the cheese from burning.
