For the marzipan cookies, knead all ingredients into a dough and refrigerate. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out shapes.
Bake at 160 °C hot air for 7-10 minutes, let the cookies cool down.
For the decoration, roll out marzipan about 2 mm thick and cut out shapes. Brush the cookies with jam and place marzipan on top.
For the chocolate glaze, melt butter with cooking chocolate. Dip the marzipan cookies in chocolate and decorate with half an almond.
