For the corn-almond waffles, mix the corn flour, wheat flour, chopped almonds, eggs, melted butter, water, sugar and rum to a liquid batter.

Preheat the waffle iron, grease it and pour the batter into it with a ladle. Bake not too hot for about 5-7 minutes.
