Instructions:

For reduced-sugar spelt plait, first mash the bananas well with a fork.

Then knead all ingredients into a smooth yeast dough and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

Knead the dough again vigorously. Divide into 3 equal strands and braid into a plait.

Brush the braid with beaten egg and bake at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 45 minutes.

Allow sugar-reduced spelt plait to cool and serve.
