Potato Pizza

First peel the potatoes, grate coarsely and mix with juice of one lemon. Now drain well in a hair sieve. Now preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease an ovenproof dish (diameter about 26 cm) with a little oil. Now mix salt, whipped cream, eggs, sugar and oregano, then mix with Parmesan and with the already grated potatoes. Now pour it into the ovenproof dish and spread it smoothly. Now place the potato mixture in the mold on the middle rack for 30 min. in the oven.

If necessary, after 15 minutes, cover the mold with parchment paper, if the dough begins to brown too much.

Now rinse and dab the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut them into slices together with the mozzarella. After half an hour of baking time form now alternately fan mozzarella and tomatoes on the potato pizza base. Finally drizzle a little olive oil over everything and bake the almost finished pizza for another 20 min in the oven. Finally, just spread 6 leaves of basil evenly on the pizza, looks good and gives a special flavor.
