Cut the cutlets into strips, the ham into cubes. Put the ham cubes in the clay pot at the beginning, then the cutlet strips, then the asparagus stalks and the mushrooms on top. Mix whipped cream with paprika, salt, pepper and spices and pour. Spread butter flakes evenly on top, cheese as well.

Cook at 200 °C for about 45 minutes.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
