Soak the fillets, if they are very salty, for about 1 hour.

Peel the onion and slice into fine rings or cut into small pieces.

Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into quarters and also into fine strips.

Remove the ends from the cucumber and cut the cucumber into cubes.
