Wash the steaks and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan until very hot and fry the steaks on both sides for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and keep warm.crumble the gingerbread and soak in the whipped cream. Bring the gravy to a boil with the game stock and wine, stir in the clove powder and reduce by half. When the gingerbread has dissolved, puree and stir into the sauce.Serve the kangaroo steaks with the gingerbread sauce. Serve with baked potatoes.
