Try this delicious pasta dish:

Slice the onions, roast them in clarified butter until translucent and place on a plate. Skin the saddle of wild boar and cut into slices. Roast on both sides in the frying pan, season with salt, season with pepper, transfer to a second frying pan and keep warm. Return the onions to the first frying pan. Add the rosehip jam and mustard, mix with the roast mixture and season with salt. Place the steaks on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
