Sausage Salad with Mayonnaise

For the sausage salad with mayonnaise, first skin the knackwurst sausages and cut into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and also chop the gherkins.

Mix the salad with mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add a little of the cucumber water if necessary. Allow the sausage salad with mayonnaise to infuse properly before serving. Garnish with parsley.
