Try this delicious cake recipe:

Beat three quarters of the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then stir in the sugar, followed by the flour and melted butter. Line a baking pan completely with greased parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake in the heated oven for 45 minutes at a strong temperature.

The following day, cut the cake into narrow slices, brush them with apricot jam and repeatedly set the cake together. Beat the remaining egg whites until stiff, add sugar* and cover the whole cake with it. Bake at low temperature in the oven like meringues.
