In this preparation method, the Hörnli are not pre-cooked, but placed directly from the package into the baking dish.

Mix eggs, cream, milk, Peterli and spices well and pour over the Hörnli. Add grated cheese, diced vegetables and meat.

Bake: Cook in heated oven at 180 degrees for about forty-five minutes. Serve with seasonal salad.
