Try this delicious pasta dish:

First, make the ground beef mixture. Heat the oil in the frying pan and add the onions. Then add the meat and stir until light brown. Add wine, when everything boils together, then add the parsley, tomatoes, salt and pepper and paradeis pulp. Cook for 1/2 hour while stirring.

Now add the crem: Make the milk, heat the oil in a second saucepan, and add the flour leisurely. While doing this, stir constantly with a whisk until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. Now add the hot milk, stirring until the mixture becomes slightly creamy. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg yolks, grated nutmeg, cheese, salt and pepper. The macaroni: boil salted water with oil and cook the macaroni in it. Put the drained macaroni in a large bowl. Add the mint, pepper, cinnamon and 3 tbsp. of the prepared cream and mix well. Butter a heatproof dish and pour in a thick layer of macaroni. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with half of the cream. Now place the minced meat on top of the cream layer mold and top with the rest of the macaroni. Cover with the other half of the cream and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 10 min at 300 degrees in the oven, then the crem should be golden brown. Cut into square pieces and bring to table. Tastes good cooled down as well.
