Instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, dry ferment) together.

Mix the liquid ingredients (eggs, milk, melted butter) together as well and then mix the two together.

Knead with the dough hook until the dough bubbles. Let rest for 45 minutes.

Roll out the dough on flour into a rectangle. Cover the rectangle with the filling, sugar-cinnamon nut mixture on top and the raisins and roll the dough up.

Put the dough into a buttered and sugared cake pan and let it rise again for 15 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C (top and bottom heat) for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
