Instructions:

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the minced meat and sauté.

Pour in water and add garlic and bouillon cube. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and simmer for about 20 minutes, until only half of the water is left.

Add the croissants and cook until tender (follow the time instructions on the package).

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
